Profhilo

It is a quick, safe and effective anti-ageing treatment, and is FDA approved for treating skin laxity.

Profhilo injections contain hyaluronic acid, similar to traditional dermal fillers, but with a key difference- Profhilo is not a filler. While fillers restore lost volume, Profhilo works by stimulating the body’s own collagen and elastin production, remodelling skin in a natural and discreet way. This makes Profhilo an ideal treatment for combating several signs of ageing such as wrinkles and sagging skin.

The treatment comes in two forms: the original Profhilo face treatment and the new Profhilo Body treatment for larger areas including the neck, décolletage, arms, abdomen, knees and hands.

What Is The Difference Between Profhilo and Filler?

Profhilo injections contain hyaluronic acid, similar to traditional dermal fillers, but with a key difference. Treatment Frequency and Maintenance

Typically 2-3 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart is recommended followed by a maintenance treatment every 6-12 months.

During the initial consultation, your Aesthetics Nurse will advise on the recommended treatment plan for your individual concerns.

Is There Any Downtime Or Side Effects?

While most patients experience minimal downtime, common side effects may include mild swelling, bruising, or redness, all of which are typically temporary.
